University of Cologne and Instituto Colombo-Alemán para la Paz (CAPAZ) in Bogota Embark on New Institutional Partnership
The Global South Studies Center (GSSC) is happy to announce, that the University of Cologne is now a member of the renowned Instituto Colombo-Alemán para la Paz (CAPAZ) in Bogotá, Colombia. CAPAZ is a German-Colombian Centre of Excellence in Research and Teaching on matters of peace and conflict, financed by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) with funds provided by the German Federal Foreign Office. The Institute stimulates the exchange of experiences and knowledge on peacebuilding through the creation of networks between universities, research centres, civil society organisations, and governmental entities.
