SAPP Member Sandra Kurfürst Co-Organizes Social Sciences Session at Japanese-American-German Frontiers of Science Symposium
The Japanese American German Frontiers of Science Symposium takes place in Kyoto from 24 October until 27 October 2024. Planning Group Members Nicholas Laluk, Kojiro Sho, and „Sharing a Planet in Peril“ (SAPP) member Sandra Kurfürst (University of Cologne and German co-chair) organize the social sciences session „Conceptions of Place and Space: The Politics and Social Dynamics of Contemporary Place-making and Spatial Negotiation“.
The Japanese-American-German Frontiers of Science Symposium brings together around 72 outstanding young researchers of various disciplines of natural sciences and social sciences from universities and other research institutions of the three countries to introduce their areas of research and technical work.
